We are a Michigan based company specializing in residential Real Estate Appraisals in Wayne (including Detroit), Oakland, Livingston and Macomb counties. Our expertise stems from being Michigan residents for more than 30 years.

We have been active within the real estate sales market and the appraisal markets since 1988. We use state of the art appraisal software that includes digital photography. We are EDI compatible for timely turnaround time via email transmissions.

Nicholson Appraisal Service always puts five to six comparables within each appraisal report. The typical appraisal report contains only three comparables and they are charged for each extra comparable. Our reports always contain an explanation within the addendum section explaining what the adjustments were based on within the sales grid.
